understands and agrees all questions regarding your purchase and payment

Millions is not responsible for payment transactions, processing or 
any communications between you as a user and purchaser of our publication

Center 14 Day Free Trial</p></ul>

agrees to be charged by Access Millions after 14 days of ordering the 
FREE CD for the amount of $39.95 for access to the Access Millions Online

user will continue to be billed for $39.95 each month there after unless

user cancels their 14 day FREE trial into the Access Millions Online 
Resource Center before the 14 days are up, the user will not be billed

the 14 Day FREE trial the user will need to send an email <a href="contact.php"><img src="images/secure.gif" class="secure" /></a> before midnight of the 14th

name, last name, shipping address, city, state, zip code, phone number,

CD to Access Millions company address and a new replacement CD will

against any claim, cause of action or demand, including but not limited 
to reasonable legal, accounting and other professional fees that may

and its performance are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. 
User hereby consents and submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the 
Courts located in the State of Nevada to resolve all disputes that may 
arise out of or are related to the use of Access Millions under this 
Agreement. User agrees that the applicable law to be applied shall, 
in all cases, be that of the state of Nevada.</p></ul></ul></ul>
<ul><p>25. Entire Agreement </p></ul>

<span>Terms of Service</span> constitute the entire agreement between User and<b> </b>

<ul><p>26. Online Services 
Free Trial</p></ul>

<ul><ul><ul><p>The 14-day 
free trial membership is provided as a bonus to everyone that orders
