<p>By entering into this Enrollment Agreement, you and your partner (if applicable) acknowledge the following:</p>
<ol>
<li>You were comfortable with your conversation with the Admissions Director and attest that you are entering into this agreement without duress from any representative of US Business Funding Solutions.</li>
<li>You understand the financial commitment you are making today and confirm that your financial obligations will not prevent or inhibit your participation in this program.</li>
<li>To the best of your knowledge and in good faith, there are no foreseeable circumstances that would inhibit you from participating in this program.</li>
<li>Your spouse/partner/significant other supports you in your decision to enroll in the coaching program. If you are unable to complete the coaching program for any reason, your partner (if applicable) agrees to assume the responsibilities outlined in the contract in order to complete the program.</li>
<li>You attest that no claims of future earnings have been presented to you by any representative of US Business Funding Solutions.</li>
<li>You understand and agree that the value you will derive from our products and/or services will be in direct proportion to the level of effort you put forth, the level of desire, and willingness to take action on the information provided in the products and services you will receive.</li>
<li>Any communication with coaches and/or representatives of US Business Funding Solutions may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance purposes.</li>
<li>This is a grant educational program, which teaches you how to find funding for businesses, first time home buyers, real estate investments, tuition / education expenses, etc. If your funding idea should change, or you choose to relocate, you agree to complete the program so you will have the knowledge of how to get the funding you might need in the future.</li>
<li>If you need to put your sessions on hold for personal or other reasons, you may do so for up to six months.</li>
<li>If, during the course of the coaching program, you acquire a physical condition, which temporarily disables you to the point where you cannot complete the work or assignments given to you by your coach, we will put your coaching sessions on hold indefinitely until you are physically able to continue the work. If, however, you become mentally or emotionally incompetent to complete the coaching program, we will cancel you out of the program and refund the difference between the total cost of the program and the products and services used to date after we have received a certified letter from your doctor stating that you are mentally or emotionally unable to complete the coaching program.</li>
<li>As a user of the Coaching Program, you will be asked to write your success story. This is not mandatory and the quality of coaching you receive is not contingent upon your willingness to provide this success story. We respect your rights of privacy. You hereby grant us the right to use testimonials in various mediums including newsletters, web pages and other promotional materials.</li>

<p>The US Business Funding Solutions coaching program is designed to teach clients effective ways of applying for funds for things such as business start-up and expansion; real estate restoration and preservation; non-profit organizations; first-time homebuyers; education; food, nutrition, housing, health care and/or energy saving projects; social, environmental, and/or community development and improvement projects; disaster preservation and relief, and for the arts, music, and writing through but not limited to, government grants, foundation grants, sponsorships by non-profit organizations and/or corporations, loans, private monies, angel investors and/or venture capital.</p>
<p>Because we believe in providing <span class="bold">THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF COACHING, FOR EVERY CLIENT, EVERY TIME:</span></p>
<ul class="bullets">
<li>You will be assigned a coach, an independent contractor, who will research applicable funding opportunities for your project.</li>
<li>Your coach will guide you through filling out funding applications and other documentation necessary to apply.</li>
<li>If you are looking for business-related funding, you will be taught how to develop a business plan, unless you have contracted to have one of our coaches do it for you.</li>
<li>Your coach will maintain the highest level of client confidentiality, subject only to disclosures required by law.</li>
</ul>
<p>Because US Business Funding Solutions is not a funding agency, we cannot predict or guarantee funding of any kind or time frames for receiving funding. We do, however, guarantee to continue researching funding sources and to assist you through the application process through all the funding sources you apply for and to continue working with you for as long as you need our help as long as you:</p>

<li>Keep all scheduled appointments with your coach.</li>
<li>Continue to dedicate 5 to 10 hours per week to the grant application process.</li>
<li>Remain flexible to all funding options applicable to your project.</li>

<p>You will be assigned a Research Coach who will direct your search for funding. They will provide an executive summary outlining the best route for you to take to get the funding you are seeking. They research and locate new funding sources for you to apply to.</p>

<h3 class="bold">BUSINESS PLAN</h3>
<p>Your business plan will be written by one of our business plan coaches, who will take the information you provide through our online template and construct a customized business plan. Upon completion, if your business plan needs any additional revisions, your coach will revise your plan up to two revisions. If you have additional questions after the two formal reviews, you will also have the ability to email your coach with questions. If your business idea changes and you need another business plan written, you will need to purchase another plan from your admissions director. Your coach will provide the final business plan in a Microsoft Word Format.</p>
