By entering into and signing this Funding Service Agreement, I understand the following:

<p>The $6,250.00 fee provides me with all the services listed below. The funding professional will be available to me for as long as I need the help at $9.95 per month. The $9.95 monthly fee will be waived for the first 12 months of the service and can be cancelled at any time. The first $9.95 monthly payment will be due on 05/01/2019. </p>
<p>As soon as I have electronically signed the Funding Service Agreement, I will be granted instant access to the proprietary information and materials contained in the Funding Service Assistance Program. In addition to any right to otherwise revoke an offer, I may cancel this sale up to midnight of the third business day after the receipt of the merchandise or premium, whichever is later by writing us at our company address, P.O. Box 912140, St. George, UT 84770 AND by emailing us at support@usbusinessfundingsolutions.com. After that period, all sales are final.</p>

OVERVIEW OF SERVICES

<p>The services provide me with an independent contractor who teaches and assists me with effective ways of researching and applying for funding for my project. Possible funding opportunities may come from government grants, private donors, foundation grants, sponsorships by non-profit organizations and/or corporations, loans, private monies, angel investors and/or venture capital, depending on my specific needs.</p>

BUSINESS PLAN

<p>I will be assigned a business plan writer who will take the information I provide, through an online template, and construct a customized business plan for me. The business plan writer will work with me to bolster sections of the plan, if warranted. Upon its completion, if my business plan needs any spelling, punctuation or grammatical revisions, they will revise it.</p>
<p>If my business idea or the scope of my business changes and I need a new business plan, I will need to purchase another business plan from my admissions director.</p>
<p>The business plan writer will deliver the final business plan in both Microsoft Word and PDF Formats.</p>

</strong>

<p>The funding professional will locate applicable funding applications and opportunities for me based on categories of funding I choose, in addition to other information I give him/her online. The funding professional will locate traditional grants, matching grants, sponsorship grants, grant incentive programs, tax-credits, reimbursements, loans and other types of funding that may suit my needs.</p>
<p>In order to view any opportunities the funding professional has located for me, I will need to login to the website and view the "Research" page. Even though all funding opportunities located are based on categories applicable to my project, the exact criteria of each specific opportunity may not fit my profile or my project once I start the application process, depending on the application guidelines. The funding professional will continue to research and locate funding opportunities for me for as long as I continue the services.</p>

COMMUNICATION WITH COACH

<p>I will have unlimited access to the funding professional through phone and email. Even though I am able to contact them as much and as often as needed, I understand that in order to get a quicker response, I should email them. For more in-depth phone conversations, I need to set a formal appointment.</p>

APPLICATION AND PROPOSAL PROCESS

<p>I will be responsible for filling out and completing the applications, including, but not limited to, the official submission of applications, but will be assisted by the funding professional if needed. The funding professional will be available to help me with any and all funding applications and proposals necessary to complete my funding goals.</p>
<p>They will review any applications I submit to him/her for format accuracy and/or editing such as spelling, punctuation, phrasing errors and continuity of thought. The funding professional will maintain the highest level of client confidentiality, subject only to disclosures required by law.</p>

FUNDING GUARANTEES AND TIME FRAMES

<p>My involvement with these services does not ensure or guarantee that I will receive funding. In addition, US Business Funding Solutions cannot predict or suggest time frames for receiving funding. I understand and agree that the value I will derive from the services I will receive will be in direct proportion to the level of effort I put forth, my personal level of desire to complete my funding goals, and my willingness to put into action the steps outlined for me.</p>

SERVICE GUARANTEE

<p>This agreement shall serve as a written service guarantee that my funding professional will continue to research funding sources and to assist me through every funding application and proposal I need for as long as I continue to pay the account monthly maintenance fee.</p>

<li>I am comfortable with my conversation with the Admissions Director and attest that I am entering into this Agreement without duress from any representative of US Business Funding Solutions.</li>
<li>I understand the financial commitment I am making today and confirm that my financial obligations will not prevent or inhibit my participation in this program.</li>
<li>To the best of my knowledge and in good faith, there are no foreseeable circumstances that would inhibit me from participating in this program.</li>
<li>My partner supports me in my decision to participate in these. If I am unable to complete the services for any reason, my partner (if applicable) agrees to work with the writer and funding professional and continue to seek the funding I am needing.</li>
<li>I attest that no claims of future earnings have been presented to me.</li>
<li>I understand that any communication with the funding professional, business plan writer (if applicable), and/or representative of US Business Funding Solutions may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance purposes.</li>
<li>Because the majority of the applications are available online, I acknowledge and attest that I have basic computer skills and can click links, access email and attachments and have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, or have assigned a designee, known to the Admissions Director, to perform these services for me.</li>
<li>I attest that I have the mental and physical ability to complete the steps outlined in this contract.</li>
<li>If, during the course of the coaching program, I acquire a physical condition, which temporarily disables me to the point that I cannot complete the work or assignments given to me by my coach, he/she will put my coaching on hold indefinitely until I am physically able to continue the work. If, however, I become mentally or emotionally incompetent to complete the coaching program, I will be canceled out of the program and refunded the difference between the total cost of the program and the products and services used to date after I have submitted a certified letter from my doctor stating that I am mentally or emotionally unable to continue working with my funding coach to US Business Funding Solutions' Customer Service Department.</li>
