<p>As soon as you have electronically signed this Funding Service Agreement being submitted to you online, you will be granted instant access to the proprietary information and materials contained in the Funding Service Coaching Program. In addition to any right to otherwise revoke an offer, you, the purchaser, may cancel this sale up to midnight of the third business day after the receipt of the merchandise or premium, whichever is later by writing us at our company address, P.O. Box 912140, St. George, UT 84770 AND by emailing us at support@usbusinessfundingsolutions.com. After that period, all sales are final.</p>

<p>The Funding Service Coaching Program is a one-on-one coaching program in which a personal funding coach, who is an independent contractor, teaches me effective ways of researching and applying for funding for things such as business start-up and expansion; real estate restoration and preservation; non-profit organizations; first-time homebuyers; education; food, nutrition, housing, health care and/or energy saving projects; social, environmental, and/or community development and improvement projects; disaster preservation and relief, and for the arts, music, and writing through, but not limited to, government grants, private donors, foundation grants, sponsorships by non-profit organizations and/or corporations, loans, private monies, angel investors and/or venture capital, depending on my specific needs. </p>
<div class="acknowledgements_header"><input type="checkbox" class="must_check" title="I understand this section" /><strong>COMPUTER & INTERNET SKILLS</strong></div>
<p>Because the majority of the applications are available online, I acknowledge and attest that I have basic computer skills and can click links, access email and attachments and have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, or have assigned a designee, known to the Admissions Director, to perform these services for me.</p>
<div class="acknowledgements_header"><input type="checkbox" class="must_check" title="I understand this section" /><strong>MENTAL & PHYSICAL ABILITY</strong></div>
<p>I attest that I have the mental and physical ability to complete all assignments given to me during the coaching program.</p>
<div class="acknowledgements_header"><input type="checkbox" class="must_check" title="I understand this section" /><strong>BUSINESS PLAN</strong></div>
<p>I will be assigned a business plan writer who will take the information I provide, through an online template, and construct a customized business plan for me. My business plan writer will work with me to bolster sections of the plan, if warranted. Upon its completion, if my business plan needs any revisions, they will revise my plan up to two times. If I have additional changes after the two formal reviews, I will have the ability to email them with questions as to how I might change it myself. If my business idea changes and I need a new business plan, I will need to purchase another business plan from my admissions director. I also understand that the business plan writer will deliver the final business plan in both Microsoft Word and PDF Formats.</p>
<div class="acknowledgements_header"><input type="checkbox" class="must_check" title="I understand this section" /><strong>RESEARCH</strong></div>
<p>My funding coach will locate applicable funding applications and opportunities for me based on categories of funding I choose, in addition to other information I give him/her online. My coach will research traditional grants, matching grants, sponsorship grants, grant incentive programs, tax-credits, reimbursements, loans and other types of funding that may suit my needs. In order to view any opportunities my coach has located for me, I will need to login to the website and view the "Research" page. </p>
<p>Even though all funding opportunities located by my coach are based on categories applicable to my project, the exact criteria of each specific opportunity may not fit my profile or my project once I start the application process, depending on the application guidelines. When this happens my coach will continue to research and locate funding opportunities for me for 24 months.</p>
<div class="acknowledgements_header"><input type="checkbox" class="must_check" title="I understand this section" /><strong>COMMUNICATION WITH COACH</strong></div>
<p>I will have unlimited access to my funding coach through phone and email. Even though I am able to contact my coach as much and as often as needed, I understand that in order to get a quicker response, I should email him/her. For more depth phone conversations, I need to set a formal appointment.</p>
<div class="acknowledgements_header"><input type="checkbox" class="must_check" title="I understand this section" /><strong>APPLICATION AND PROPOSAL PROCESS</strong></div>
<p>My coach will be available to help me with any and all funding applications and proposals necessary to complete my funding goals. I will be responsible for filling out and completing the applications, including, but not limited to, the official submission of applications, but will be assisted by my coach if needed. My coach will review any applications I submit to him/her for format accuracy and/or editing such as spelling, punctuation, phrasing errors and continuity of thought. My coach will maintain the highest level of client confidentiality, subject only to disclosures required by law. </p>
<div class="acknowledgements_header"><input type="checkbox" class="must_check" title="I understand this section" /><strong>FUNDING GUARANTEES AND TIME FRAMES</strong></div>
<p>My involvement with the Coaching Program does not ensure or guarantee that I will receive funding. In addition, US Business Funding Solutions cannot predict or suggest time frames for receiving funding. I understand and agree that the value I will derive from the products and/or services I will receive will be in direct proportion to the level of effort I put forth, my personal level of desire to complete my funding goals, and my willingness to put into action the steps my coach outlines for me.</p>
<div class="acknowledgements_header"><input type="checkbox" class="must_check" title="I understand this section" /><strong>COACHING SERVICE GUARANTEE</strong></div>
<p>This Agreement shall serve as a written service guarantee that my coach will continue to research funding sources and to assist me through every funding application and proposal I need for 24 months. </p>
<div class="acknowledgements_header"><input type="checkbox" class="must_check" title="I understand this section" /><strong>I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THE FOLLOWING</strong></div>
<ol>
<li>I am comfortable with my conversation with the Admissions Director and attest that I am entering into this Agreement without duress from any representative of US Business Funding Solutions.</li>
<li>I understand the financial commitment I am making today and confirm that my financial obligations will not prevent or inhibit my participation in this program.</li>
<li>To the best of my knowledge and in good faith, there are no foreseeable circumstances that would inhibit me from participating in this coaching program.</li>
<li>My partner supports me in my decision to participate in the coaching program. If I am unable to complete the coaching program for any reason, my partner (if applicable) agrees to work with my coach and continue to seek the funding I am needing.</li>
<li>I attest that no claims of future earnings have been presented to me.</li>
<li>I understand that any communication with my coach, business plan writer (if applicable), and/or representative of US Business Funding Solutions may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance purposes.</li>
<li>If my funding idea needs changed for any reason or I choose to relocate and am required to put my project on hold for some time, I can do so for up to six (6) months. My coach will work with me and resume coaching whenever I am ready during that six (6) month period. He/she will be very flexible with me as I work through unforeseen circumstances that might interrupt my funding proposal timeline. </li>
<li>If, during the course of the coaching program, I acquire a physical condition, which temporarily disables me to the point that I cannot complete the work or assignments given to me by my coach, he/she will put my coaching on hold indefinitely until I am physically able to continue the work. If, however, I become mentally or emotionally incompetent to complete the coaching program, I will be canceled out of the program and refunded the difference between the total cost of the program and the products and services used to date after I have submitted a certified letter from my doctor stating that I am mentally or emotionally unable to continue working with my funding coach to US Business Funding Solutions' Customer Service Department.</li>
