                While you are on the clients tab and when you have client pulled up on the far left of the screen are two things of note. The first is a little calendar icon that has a number 17 on it. The second right under that calendar icon are 2 little arrows facing right.
            </p>
            <p class="f16">
                The calendar icon is to set appointments for the current client that you have open. As you open that, chose the day of the appointment and wait for the computer program to populate the correct times. As you chose the time the information will auto fill and you can leave a note there. Hit save and you can forget about that client until the computer will remind you.
            </p>
            <p class="f16">
                The second icon of arrows is a bit trickier. As you click on this is will move out into your screen from the left and this is where the extension list is, your scripts, and your questions and answer script. There are 4 tabs on this page and the first is appointments, scripts, search, and extension list. If you don't see these four - hit the refresh button. If the screen doesn't pull out if you hover you mouse close to those 2 arrows the mouse will automatically change into a 2 way arrow. Click and hold your mouse and drag it out into your computer screen. If you see nothing hit refresh. This will take care of it.
