All leads are distributed to marketers based on the following
factors. Each new factor will override the previous factor as you move down the list. For
example, if you are on the A+ team (Factor #1) but you have a low conversion rate for the
last 7 days (Factor #2), they you will get a lower percentage of new leads.

Every Monday morning the marketers with the top 10 highest Sales
Per Hour (SPH) for the previous week (Sunday through Saturday) will receive a Star by their name
on the Overview Report. These marketers will have preference over the A+ leads before any other
marketer without a gold star by their name. A+ leads are those individuals who are looking for
business, real estate, or community funding.
<div class="" style="height:10px;"></div>
For example, if there are 2 new leads in the system and one of them is a business lead and the other
one is a personal Lead, then the Top 10 marketers with a star by their name will receive the business
Lead.
<div class="" style="height:10px;"></div>
Another way this works is if there are 2 leads available, personal & business, and the personal
lead is newer than the business lead, then the top 10 marketers will get the business leads instead
of the Personal lead.
<div class="" style="height:10px;"></div>
This does not mean marketers without a star will not get business leads. It just means that the
top 10 will have preference on a first come first serve basis.
