                    The main purposes of QA is to provide the client with correct information about the service 
                    they will be purchasing and to obey the law.  
					<br>
                    <br>
					If at any time during a call you misrepresent the service or mislead the customer in any way, 
                    you may or may not get the chance to call the client back and clarify your misleading statement.
					<br>
                    <br>
					Also, if you left an important detail out of the sale, a Required Statement, that is either 
                    required by law or is important in the buying process, you may or may not have the option to 
                    call the client back and tell them the required statement.  Please see the Required Statement 
                    & Misleading Statement Sections next for complete details.
					<br>
                    <br>
					According to the Utah Telephone Fraud Prevention Act, here are the Prohibited Practices:
                </div>

                <br>
                <div class="f24 bold left p20">13-26-11. Prohibited practices. </div>

               		<ol type="1">
                    	<li>
                        	It is unlawful for any solicitor:
                            <br>
                            <br>
                            <ol type="a" style="margin-left:64px;">
                            	<li>
                                    to solicit a prospective purchaser on behalf of a telephone soliciting business 
                                    that is not registered with the division or exempt from registration under this 
                                    chapter; <strong class="blue">(WE ARE REGISTERED)</strong>
                                </li>
                                <br>
                                <li>
                                	to use a fictitious personal name in connection with a telephone solicitation;  
                                    <strong class="blue">(YOU MUST USE YOUR REAL NAME WHEN CALLING.)</strong>
                                </li>
                                <br>
                                <li>
                                	to make or cause to be made any untrue material statement, or fail to disclose a 
                                    material fact necessary to make any statement made not misleading, whether in connection 
                                    with a telephone solicitation or a filing with the division;  
                                    <strong class="blue">(YOU CANNOT  SOMETHING THAT IS UNTRUE OR LEAVE AN IMPORTANT DETAIL OUT OF THE SALES CALL)</strong>
                                </li>
                                <br>
                                <li>
                                	to make or authorize the making of any misrepresentation about its compliance with this 
                                    chapter to any prospective or actual purchaser
                                </li>
                                <br>
                                <li>
                                	to fail to refund within 30 days any amount due a purchaser who exercises the right to cancel 
                                    under Section <span class="red">13-26-5</span>; or     
                                    <strong class="blue">(IF THE CLIENT TELLS YOU THEY WANT TO CANCEL, THEN YOU MUST LET CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOW BY CREATING AN ISSUE)</strong>
                                </li>
                                <br>
                                <li>
                                	to fail to orally advise a purchaser of the purchaser's right to cancel under Section <span class="red">13-26-5</span> unless the 
                                    solicitor is exempt under Section <span class="red">13-26-4</span>. <strong class="blue">(WE HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY IN THE SCRIPT)</strong>
                                </li>
                            </ol>
                        </li>
                        <br>
                        <br>
                        <li>
                        	It is unlawful for any telephone soliciting business:
                            <br>
                            <br>
                            <ol type="a" style="margin-left:64px;">
                            	<li>
                                	to cause or permit any solicitor to violate any provision of this chapter; or  <strong class="blue">(IT IS OUR OBLIGATION TO BE SURE ALL
                                     MARKETERS ARE FOLLOWING THE LAW)</strong>

                           	</ol>
