                    Here are a few of the misleading statements.  This is not a comprehensive list.  If you say anything that 
                    misleads the client in any way you will fail the call and will be required to call the client back and 
                    clarify what you said.

               		<span class="blue">Policy:</span> 1 Warning, then Fail.

               		<span class="blue">Disputes:</span> No. This CANNOT be disputed. We will not refund the client if a marketer 
                    pitches a cancel. They will not be paid on the sale. 
                    <br>
                    <span class="blue">Exception:</span> If the client asks 2 times what the bill date is, then you can give them 
                    the date they are to be billed. 
                    <br>
                	<span class="blue">CS:</span> Do not refund the client. If the sales rep says we will cancel them, then we need to be sure they are canceled.
                    <br>
                	<span class="blue">Example:</span> If the client says, "I don't want the monthly fee", sales rep MUST say the following: 
                    "No problem, you are under no contracts, you can cancel anytime by calling customer service." 
					<br>
                    <br>
					They CANNOT say any of the following statements or any variation or they will Fail the call: "I'll transfer you to customer 
                    service and they can cancel you," "I'll be sure you are only billed for 1 month," "Try it out for 30 days" "Remember to call 
                    back in before the 30 days" "The date you need to mark down to call back in is ____"

               		<span class="blue">Policy:</span> Automatic Fail

               		<span class="blue">Disputes:</span> Yes. In your clarification call, you must tell the client you wanted to "clarify" 
                    your statement about qualifying for a grant and then tell them that we cannot guarantee they will qualify because we 
                    are not the funding agency.
                    <br>
                	<span class="blue">CS:</span> Ask Heinz on how to handle each case.

                	<span class="blue">Example:</span> "calling from the government grant program you inquired about.

                	<span class="blue">Example:</span> The client tells the marketer their email is demo@demo.com, and the marketer fails to 
                    update the email on the account from demo@example.com.

                they want to, all they have to do is justify the amount.</div>

               		<span class="blue">Policy:</span> Automatic Fail. (You can't make it sound like the grantors ALL have unlimited funds to 
                    give out. Most of them have limits on what they award. Bottom line is you don't know how much money the funding agency is 
                    able to give out. Each grant is worth a specific amount of money.)
                    <br>
               		<span class="blue">Disputes:</span> Yes. In your clarification call, you must tell the client each funding agency has 
                    different limits on what they can award.
                    <br>
                	<span class="blue">CS:</span> Ask Heinz on how to handle each case.
                    <br>
                	<span class="blue">Example:</span> "you can apply for ____, all you have to do is explain to the grantor why"
                </div>

                    sources, not just the government.)

                    all different agencies besides just the government.
                    <br>
                	<span class="blue">CS:</span> Ask Heinz on how to handle each case.
                    <br>
                	<span class="blue">Example:</span> "when you apply to the government" "government grants are available for" "the applications 
                    on our site are from the government"
