                	<p>The USDA administers a rural development grant that is available to communities with a population of less than 20,000 that are seeking to construct a community facility.                 	<p>Administered by the Governor's Office on Children and Families in the state of Georgia, the System of Care is a community government grant that is designed to promote stabilization and strength to families and communities. The grant requires an integrated and coordinated effort among the agencies within the community. Community grants also have the potential to provide nonprofit organizations with a core group of volunteers from the business enterprise that are willing to undertake large or small scale projects.
