The strategies, education, training, motivation, and dedication you need to win a grant are similar to those you would use to compete in a marathon. There are no guarantees for success. However, if you are willing to use the tools and skills, and commit to your goals, you can gain a competitive edge in the grant-seeking process.</p>

            <p>Grants are available for individuals, small business owners, non-profit organizations, agencies, and others. They are available for projects and programs in a wide range of categories and topics, some of which may indeed surprise you.
